Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Greer, SC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and repair of production equipment, ensuring uptime and safety. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, mentor technicians, and enforce safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 6+ years in a similar role, with an associate degree or technical certification.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment with at least 6+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance practices to optimize equipment reliability.
  • Experience with maintenance management systems and safety compliance standards.

Job description

In this role, you will impact the overall operational uptime and safety of our manufacturing and production facilities by ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, reducing downtime and supporting continuous production flow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for production equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
