Job summary

CCL Container Division is seeking an engineering professional to lead development of aerosol, beverage, and specialty packaging. You will partner with customers, operations, and engineering to transform concepts into manufacturable products that meet performance and quality goals.

Responsibilities include guiding projects from concept to launch, creating 2D/3D designs, and validating prototypes while ensuring manufacturability and cost targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical, or manufacturing engineering.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with GD&T and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through production launch.
• Create concepts using 2D drawings and 3D modeling tools.
• Assess feasibility of product and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and validate prototypes to verify design intent.
• Prepare quotations and manage tooling packages for new products.
• Lead tooling qualification and ensure readiness for production.
• Calculate slug sizes and ensure process efficiency.
