Job summary

CCL Container Division is seeking a driven engineer to lead the development and commercialization of new aerosol, beverage, and specialty packaging. You will collaborate with customers, operations, and engineering to transform concepts into manufacturable products that meet performance, quality, and commercial objectives.

Based at One Llodio Drive in Hermitage, PA, the role requires a mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering background and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Strong GD&T inspection skills using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, profilers, and CMM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through production launch.
• Create product concepts using 2D drawings and 3D modeling tools.
• Conduct product and manufacturing feasibility assessments.
• Develop, build, and validate prototypes to confirm design intent and performance.
• Prepare quotations and oversee tooling packages for new product development.
