Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, weigh, and measure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain via safety test.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Ensure food quality meets or exceeds standards.
• Assign daily tasks to student workers and staff.
• Oversee work in kitchen, dish room, and dining areas.
• Train staff on recipes, production processes, and dining standards.
• Perform all setup, closing, production, restocking, prep, cashiering, inventory, and cleaning tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
