Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Production Supervisor III at Jamesville Quarry and Aggregates to lead daily plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient production and team development to meet targets.

You will monitor crushing, screening, and conveying equipment, drive performance improvements, and maintain reports while upholding MSHA standards in an outdoor, high-production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for directing crews in a high-production quarry.
• Ability to interpret production data and make real-time operational decisions.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and MSHA considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate plant operations in a quarry environment to ensure safe, efficient production of aggregates.
• Monitor and optimize performance of crushing, screening, and conveying equipment; collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for throughput, material quality, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shift reports; ensure MSHA and company compliance.
• Promote safety culture through inspections and leadership by example.
