Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Possess VA Dept of Energy Division of Mineral Mining Surface Foreman Certification.
• 4+ years related experience; MSHA Part 46 Trained.

Responsabilités

• Supervises hourly production employees.
• Ensures safety and health policies are followed.
• Complies with environmental programs, guidelines and policies.
• Provides training and guidance to the hourly workforce.
• Active in planning and scheduling plant and pit activities daily, weekly, or monthly to reach production and maintenance targets.
• Provides input to process improvements.
• May participate in project or planning activities beyond day-to-day supervision.
