Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMM programming and Zeiss Calypso interface.
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) experience.
• U.S. export regulations require the applicant to be a U.S. person.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Jackson, MI.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Preferred: ASQ CQT or CQI.
• Preferred: Experience with MS Office.
• Preferred: Gage Recall software (GAGEtrak).

Aufgaben

• Complete layout projects and calibration requirements with minimal supervision.
• Define, specify, and implement quality standards and procedures for production inspection equipment.
• Support engineering with dimensional/layout data for failure analysis, qualification testing, and customer requirements.
• Provide backup to calibration process and gage recall system.
• Support manufacturing with dimensional/layout data for production and customer requirements.
• Support fast response calls for High Performance Work Teams.
• Manage project workflow and backlog to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Formulate and implement quality assurance procedures aligned with AS9100 and ISO standards.
• Support organization with dimensional layouts and interpretation of results for various projects.
