Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Lead, Quality Systems to manage onboarding and training programs, and to conduct internal audits for process compliance across two quality areas. The role blends training delivery with auditing and reporting, supporting a strong culture of quality.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
2 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to mentor and coach employees.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate processes for compliance with quality requirements.
Assist in development of audit plans, audit schedules and conduct quality audits.
Identify processes and opportunities for improvement.
Schedule and conduct the new hire onboarding process and assign training roles.
Manage the QMS Employee Training Manager system and generate reports.
Conduct hands-on training of employees on operational standards.
Document non-conformances, observations and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and present quality audit and training status reports to management.
