Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing site.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in fast-paced settings.
- Strong knowledge of core quality tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop quality technicians and inspectors.
- Support development and maintenance of quality procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality.
- Conduct capability studies and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Perform internal audits for ISO/TS compliance.
