Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with aluminum extrusion or related manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 and IATF 16849 standards (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site's quality strategy leveraging technology and data analytics.
• Provide customer support for quality issues and technical problem solving.
• Lead root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Train and coach team members on Quality standards and processes.
• Maintain completeness and accuracy of inspection records and test data.
