Job summary
SCRAM Systems in the Denver metro area is seeking a Quality Engineer Team Lead to drive product quality initiatives, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency at the Littleton manufacturing facility. This role blends technical leadership with people management, overseeing corrective actions in design, manufacturing, and new product introduction.
You will mentor inspectors, lead root-cause analysis, coordinate reliability testing with Design and Mfg teams, and push for data-driven
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is preferred.
- ASQ CQE certification desirable.
- Minimum 7+ years engineering/quality systems experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with ISO standards and supplier development.
Responsibilities
- Drive process improvements and defect reduction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop inspectors and technicians.
- Coordinate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Oversee product reliability testing with Design and Manufacturing teams.
- Develop quality metrics and monitor supplier quality activities.
