Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to join our Camden, Arkansas facility. You will design, develop and implement standards and procedures for inspecting and testing products to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

You will lead PFMEA activities, perform root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, engineering, supplier, and customer interfaces. You will manage nonconformities, coordinate corrective actions, and contribute to program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 9+ years in quality engineering.
Experience applying PFMEA and root cause analysis to aerospace/defense programs.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with MS Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead PFMEA and risk reduction efforts for assigned programs.
Interface with manufacturing, engineering, supplier and customers to ensure requirements.
Manage nonconformities, disposition and corrective actions across the program.
Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with quality systems requirements.
Support HAR, QDCC, and data package preparation for hardware selloff.
