Job summary

Cognizant in Atlanta is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to drive quality engineering and automation for enterprise digital marketing solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate delivery across onshore and offshore groups, and guide automation transformations using Playwright to raise release quality.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and manage Jira stories, test design, automation, and release sign-off, with a hybrid work model three days per week at the Johns Creek client

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience delivering enterprise digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer and SAS Customer Relationship Management products.
• Experience leading quality engineering and automation transformation initiatives, including designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks with Playwright.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate quality engineering delivery across onshore and offshore groups.
• Experience driving continuous integration and continuous delivery adoption and improving release quality.
• Experience delivering business-critical programs aligned with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned Jira stories, including manual test design, test automation and release sign-off.
• Build strong working relationships with project stakeholders and coordinate delivery across the project team.
• Guide offshore quality engineers and ensure deliverables meet agreed expectations, service levels and performance measures.
• Follow up on defects, test data and environment issues to remove delivery roadblocks and improve release quality.
• Use AI-enabled approaches to improve productivity and support quality engineering transformation.
