American Rheinmetall is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer to lead quality engineering for new product development and manufacturing.

You will manage multiple projects across development, launch and production, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards and acting as the primary Quality contact within the organization. You will guide APQP activities, review contracts, establish inspection plans, and drive corrective actions with a focus on process improvements, while collaborating

Knowledge in the use and application of statistical process control.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram format.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to accept constructive criticism and improve processes.

Provide quality leadership and support in maintaining QMS adherence.
Create and maintain quality documentation, procedures and work instructions.
Participate in APQP reviews with cross-functional teams to meet customer quality requirements.
Review contracts for customer-specific requirements and ensure alignment with quality plans.
Apply SPC tools and methods as required to monitor production quality.
Lead Corrective/Preventive Actions to resolve customer, supplier and production issues.
