Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a US-Lead Quality Engineer to support the Quality Department in aerospace manufacturing. The role emphasizes leadership, analytical thinking and proactive quality management to drive excellence.

The successful candidate will oversee quality systems, audits, and corrective actions, mentor teams, and coordinate with suppliers and internal groups to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years in aerospace manufacturing or quality.
• Experience in managing quality systems and audits.
• Knowledge of blueprints, specs and AS9100/ISO 9001/TS16949.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality software tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality via robust Quality Systems and processes.
• Lead personnel in QLI, supplier quality, audits and processes.
• Develop tracking, evaluation and corrective action for improvement.
• Mentor staff on Quality Systems and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on standards.

As a US-Lead Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to quality management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $60

What's the Job?

• Ensure the quality of products through development and enforcement of robust Quality Systems and manufacturing processes.
• Lead and supervise personnel responsible for Quality Leading Indicators (QLI), Supplier Quality oversight, audits, and special processes.
• Develop tracking, evaluation, and structured corrective action activities to foster continuous improvement.
• Mentor employees on Quality Systems, ensuring compliance and fostering professional growth.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or quality environment.
• Experience managing quality systems and conducting audits.
• Knowledge of Blue Prints, Specifications, and Quality System standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, TS16949.
