Job summary

Shiseido seeks a Supervisor Quality Control Production in East Windsor, New Jersey. This full-time role leads Quality Control Inspectors and manages inspection work for components, work in progress, and finished goods in a facility producing over 70 million units annually.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QC with cosmetics/personal care or related packaging experience, and an education path including associate/bachelor degrees or technical certificates.

Qualifications

Requires at least five years of Quality Control experience.
Experience with cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or food packaging preferred.
Education: associate/bachelor degree or technical certificate or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee sampling of components, WIP, and finished goods.
Perform organoleptic evaluations and identify cosmetic defects.
Prepare nonconformance reports and coordinate corrective actions.
Monitor quality trends, defect rates, productivity, and KPIs.
Provide inspector coaching and training to QC staff.
Communicate findings to production and packaging engineering teams.
