Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a Lead Warehouse Specialist - Quality Control to supervise QC activities in a distribution center environment. The role focuses on testing, inspections, process validation, and workforce training.

You will direct QC staff, review results, and coordinate quality-related activities across the site. The position requires high school or GED plus two years of college preferred, with prior QC/inspection leadership experience and ability to certify in safety and HazMat

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and ability to lead QA activities.
• Experience in quality assurance, inspections, and reports.
• Ability to train and coach QC staff and warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Quality Control activities and set work priorities for inspections and reporting.
• Identify and report quality issues using standard inspection techniques.
• Support development and implementation of the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Perform quality checks to verify contract requirements and SOP compliance.
• Plan mock audits and readiness reviews for adherence to procedures.
• Review non-conforming results and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track QCP results and prepare quality reports for leadership.
• Coordinate first article inspections as required.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training on quality procedures and documentation.
