The Lead will guide inspector development, support onboarding, audits, and continuous improvement, while safeguarding inventory integrity and customer confidence in operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in aviation quality, technical records, stores inspection, MRO or aircraft-parts distribution.
• Advanced knowledge of FAA regulations, AS9100D, and airworthiness documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial technical resource and escalation point for quality matters.
• Collaborate with Chief Inspector to reinforce inspection standards and acceptance criteria.
• Lead development and training of Quality Control Inspectors; support onboarding and qualifications.
