Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) seeks a Quality Control - Assembly Quality Line Insp Assistant Manager for the 2nd shift in Ellabell, GA. You will plan, coordinate, and direct the team to meet quality and production goals, and lead inspections and improvements across mass‑produced vehicle lines.

The role requires a bachelors degree and 5+ years of related experience, preferably with supervisory exposure in auto manufacturing and new model launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience; supervisory experience desired.
• Experience in auto manufacturing, new model launch, and quality control highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct the team activities to meet quality and production goals.
• Lead quality inspections and continuous improvement across vehicle lines.
• Research, investigate, and drive root-cause analysis for quality issues.
• Collaborate with production and quality departments during new vehicle launches.
