Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) seeks a Quality Control Body/Paint Line Inspection Group Leader in Ellabell, GA to supervise Team Leaders/Members and coordinate activities in automotive manufacturing. You will plan work schedules, inspect for defects, enforce safety, and drive adherence to production standards.

Domestic/International travel may be required; a Bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in manufacturing or quality areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders/Members in manufacturing/quality areas.
• Direct and coordinate activities of multiple team leaders in vehicle production.
• Plan work schedules and production sequences to meet goals.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for defects.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Monitor work processes to ensure adherence to standards.
• Assign and coordinate tasks, ensuring timely delivery.
• Address grievances and support management problem solving.
• Participate in hiring and promotions as appropriate.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
