Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing and customer compliance requirements.
• Experience with metal manufacturing, finishing, or precision components is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and FAA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the quality program from production through final inspection.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance team.
• Maintain and improve quality management systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Establish inspection, testing, and auditing processes.
• Review quality data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate non-conformances, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
• Partner with production, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Review technical drawings and customer specifications.
• Develop quality reports, metrics, and documentation.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
• Report to on-site manager.
