Job summary

Tradesmen International, LLC is hiring a Lead Quality Assurance Technician for projects around Seattle, WA. This first shift role pays $36-$41/hour, depending on experience and skill level, and involves overseeing the quality program from production through final inspection.

You will lead and mentor the QA team, improve quality systems and documentation, and coordinate audits while ensuring customer requirements are met. This position emphasizes strong leadership and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing and customer compliance requirements.
• Experience with metal manufacturing, finishing, or precision components is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and FAA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
