Join Parking Network B.V. as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer (Indianapolis, US).

We are seeking a skilled QA Lead to oversee and improve our software quality assurance processes. The role involves leading QA teams, designing test procedures, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The position requires 50% leadership and 50% hands-on automation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automation testing efforts across multiple products.
• Guide and mentor QA Engineers, including offshore team members.
• Design and execute test plans, scripts, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure requirements are met and QA standards are followed.
• Manage QA metrics, reporting, and defect tracking.
• Perform non-functional testing such as load and stress testing.
• Support product deployments and regression testing.
• Promote automation best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in QA or Software Engineering.
• 2+ years in automated QA testing.
• Preferred certifications: ISTQB/ASTQB CTFL or higher.
