The role centers on engineering applications, process improvement, and strict quality control, with collaboration across Applications, Quality, and Production teams. The ideal candidate brings leadership, critical thinking, and engineering-based problem-solving skills, plus experience or exposure to machining, GD&T, and CMM programming.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills are required.
• Management experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong critical thinking and engineering-based problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in engineering or quality control is preferred.
• Exposure to machining, GD&T, and CMM programming is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Applications Engineers to integrate solutions that improve accuracy, manufacturability, and repeatability.
• Take ownership of the Quality Department, executing quality control efforts and ensuring standards are met across production processes.
• Develop, program, and train others on first-article processes, including program creation, operator procedures, and quality systems.
• Quick learner who is driven and self-motivated with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to solve quality challenges.
• Foster teamwork, a positive work environment, and continuous improvement.
