You will oversee the Quality Department and collaborate with Applications Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve accuracy, manufacturability, and repeatability. The role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and engineering problem-solving skills, with experience in quality control and potential

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Strong critical thinking and engineering-based problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in engineering, or quality control is preferred.
• Exposure to machining, computational logic, GD&T, and CMM programming knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Applications Engineers to integrate innovative solutions that improve accuracy, manufacturability, and repeatability.
• Take ownership of the Quality Department, executing quality control efforts and ensuring standards are consistently met across all production processes.
• Develop, program, and train others on first-article processes, including program creation, operator procedures, and quality systems.
• Seek a quick learner who is driven and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to find solutions to complex Quality challenges.
• Foster teamwork, a positive work environment, and continuous improvement.

Senior Quality Applications Engineer - Post Falls, Idaho

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Applications Engineer to lead and oversee application-driven processes within our high-precision manufacturing facility. This role emphasizes engineering applications and process improvement, while maintaining strong focus on quality control. The ideal candidate will bring leadership skills, critical thinking abilities, and a background in engineering. This position will collaborate closely with the Applications Engineering team, Quality team, and Production Team to streamline communication and facilitate collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Applications Engineers to integrate innovative solutions that improve accuracy, manufacturability, and repeatability.
