Job summary

Photon is seeking a Lead Quality Analyst to drive end-to-end QA strategy for our digital platforms. You will design test plans, build automated frameworks and mentor junior QA engineers for web and mobile testing.

You will perform API, functional, and performance tests, leveraging tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JMeter and more. Onsite roles in Irving, TX and New York.

Qualifications

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans and cases for functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
• Develop automated test frameworks and maintain web/mobile test automation using Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/Appium.
• Perform API testing and validate backend services alongside frontend UI coverage.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium for web and mobile testing.
• Perform API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI, and validate backend services alongside front-end UI test coverage.
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling, and manage defects/test cases via JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) using Git for version control, and mentor junior QA engineers.
