Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Duncan, SC. This role reports to the District Manager of Food Services and focuses on planning, implementing, and controlling all operational activities, including production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and 3+ years of QSR management experience, with a dress code of business casual or uniform.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3– years management experience in a QSR restaurant facility.
• Dress code: Business casual or uniform.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.

Responsibilities
