Little Caesars General Manager
Job Position & Purpose
The Little Caesars General Manager reports to the District Manager of Food Services and is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Caesars Operations. The position oversees restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance, ensuring that the facility operates within the guidelines established by the Director of Marketing & Food Services and Little Caesars Corporate.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant facility.
- DRESS CODE: Business Casual or QSR uniform required.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent customer service and employee relations skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume situations.
- Capable of standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges.

Essential Functions / Job Duties
- Attend and pass all Little Caesars management training sessions.
- Participate in and facilitate meetings within the facility.
- Oversee and manage all restaurant areas and make final decisions on important matters.
- Review month-to-month and year-to-year financials with margin analysis; identify weak areas and improvement opportunities.
- Seek ways to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Increase gross profit and minimize waste.
- Implement scheduling to ensure proper staffing for all day parts and sales volumes.
- Staff, train, and develop managers and hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback, performance expectations, and reviews.
- Work with the District Manager to maximize sales and efficiencies.
- Collaborate on inventory management and oversight.
- Oversee all aspects of the Little Caesars site.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Director of Marketing & Food Services; develop training programs for store managers.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain a safe environment in collaboration with the Safety Director.
- Ensure proper signage for advertising promotions.
- Schedule and oversee store inventories; address inventory issues and plan corrective actions.
- Provide guest service that meets company standards and strives for #1 customer service.
- Ensure employees follow all company policies and procedures.
Accountability
- Manage the entire operation of the food service facility, developing and growing staff, sales, and profitability to meet goals.
- Maintain compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through adherence to quality, value, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Foster a cooperative and pleasant work climate to maximize morale, productivity, and efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly salary: Based on experience.
- Incentive plan: Developed by the VP, CFO, and Director of Food Services; effective after the first full quarter of employment.
- Retirement plan: 401(k) & profit sharing with a 6‑month waiting period; 401(k) matches available.
- Health insurance: Company pays part of the employee’s health insurance; employee may add immediate family members; prepaid on a pre‑tax basis.
- Work schedule: Expected 50 hours per week, with flexibility based on sales volume.
