KRISHI LLC in San Diego seeks a driven General Manager to lead our fast-paced QSR team. You will own daily operations, uphold food quality and safety, manage staffing and training, and partner with the franchise owner to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in restaurant management, experience with labor and food cost targets, familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, ServSafe/GM certifications, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing labor and food costs to established targets.
• Experience meeting franchise operational and performance standards.
• ServSafe Manager certification and GM/management training certification, or similar certification from a recent restaurant role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations while actively working alongside the team.
• Manage staffing, deployment, breaks and shift transitions based on business volume.
• Lead peak periods and maintain speed, accuracy, food quality and guest-service standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, cleanliness, opening/closing procedures and cash controls.
• Resolve guest, employee, staffing and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and work any station as needed.
