Job summary

Sanofi in Morristown, NJ, invites a senior Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) Modeler to lead mechanistic modeling efforts across drug discovery and development. You will integrate heterogeneous data and translate insights for project teams.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in a relevant field, 6+ years of QSP experience, and a proven ability to mentor others while communicating complex results to scientific and non-scientific stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Applied mathematics, Systems Biology/Pharmacology or related fields.
• ≥6 years of hands-on QSP modeling in pharma/biotech with impact on R&D.
• Strong publication record and proven ability to lead scientific projects.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, R or Julia; ability to translate model outputs for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interface with project teams to align M&S needs and develop QSP strategy.
• Design and implement mechanistic QSP models to support project objectives.
• Communicate modeling predictions to stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Identify key preclinical and clinical data for model development.
• Mentor junior scientists and lead modeling workstreams.
