Job summary

Talanto is seeking a QNXT Program Manager to lead the Claims Workstream within a large-scale core platform transformation, migrating from the IKA platform. Location: Long Beach, CA (remote).

You will drive end-to-end planning, governance, and delivery of all claims-related implementation activities, coordinating with product managers and leaders across Provider Data, Configuration, Benefits, Utilization Management, and Capitation to ensure go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of health plan, managed care, or healthcare experience.
• Hands-on experience with QNXT core platform is required.
• Deep domain knowledge of healthcare payer claims operations and lifecycle.
• Proven leadership of large, cross-functional platform migrations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, Access, and SQL.
• Ability to work standard PST hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 PST).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of QNXT Claims workstream migration.
• Coordinate across Claims, Provider Data, Benefits, and Capitation for future-state adjudication and pricing.
• Manage vendor and external consultants to ensure scope and timelines stay on track.
• Oversee testing, cutover, and stabilization with contingency and readiness plans.
• Identify risks and dependencies to protect timelines and data accuracy.
