Qualifications

• Missed tasks/Documentation completion - Care stream tasks signed off from outgoing shift
• Environmental rounds - Propped external doors, water leaks/spills, etc.
• Supply checks - communicate needs to coordinator
• Vital Equipment checks
• Tablet/phone charging
• Mentor new staff
• Respond to resident concerns - elevate to DoW and ED
• Immediate staffing issues - elevate to staffing manager or ED
• Escalate clinical concerns to DoW
• Verify narc counts completed
• End-of-shift readiness - Did today's work get done?
• Trash, care stream tasks completed, LOA checks, equipment returned
