Job summary

bioMérieux in North Carolina seeks a Quality Control Environmental Monitoring Lead Analyst to lead the QC EM team, oversee testing of raw materials, finished products, and samples, and ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.

The role drives continuous improvement, manages investigations (OOS/NC/CI/CAPA), supports audits, and leads SOP updates while mentoring staff and collaborating across the organization to improve productivity and testing quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or life science.
• Education substitution: 4 years of additional relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of regulated lab experience (GxP) including testing and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line leadership for the QC Environmental Monitoring team and oversee scheduling and performance.
• Develop and mentor employees to achieve high performance and growth.
• Oversee routine environmental monitoring testing and ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
