Job summary

Signature IT World Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician III to evaluate claims, conduct tests, and communicate results clearly. The role includes leading lab maintenance, calibration, and training of new hires within a safety-focused environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a manufacturing or R&D lab, with a degree in a relevant field; roofing/ construction materials experience is a plus. This is an on-site position in Parsippany, NJ.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree with 2+ years in manufacturing or R&D labs.
• Experience navigating quality control, analytical testing, or product development is preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing or construction materials is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead claim evaluations to determine manufacturing and performance characteristics.
• Perform testing per established protocols and provide accurate data.
• Train new hires and mentor junior technicians; coordinate daily lab workflow.
• Lead lab maintenance and calibration, keep records, and develop new SOPs.
• Support safety programs and contribute to 5S housekeeping.
