Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Lead, Software Engineering Quality Assurance to define and execute test strategies for cloud-based managed services. You will automate tests, verify defects, and ensure features are thoroughly tested before release, working with multiple engineering squads.

The role emphasizes leadership in QA best practices, mentoring, and collaboration across teams to ensure high quality software for our government client in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience testing complex software products for large enterprise customers in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Deep understanding of QA processes, standards, tools and technologies.
• Experience with testing and delivering complex features/products for web-based enterprise applications and automating UI, CLI, and API testing.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, specifications, test cases and plans based on design and specs.
• Automate test cases and build test suites for regression, scalability and performance testing.
• Lead quality engineering discussions and mentor other QA engineers.
