Job summary

Expleo is looking for a QA Lead in the Greater Milwaukee / Chicago Area who will play a critical role in an enterprise-scale initiative. You will lead performance test planning, ensure systems readiness, and coordinate testing across multiple teams.

This hybrid role offers competitive compensation of $82–$89 per hour and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of QA experience with strong leadership and performance testing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with at least 4 years in a QA Lead or Test Management role.
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, including planning and execution strategies.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the creation and completion of a comprehensive performance test plan.
• Develop and maintain an integrated test preparation and readiness schedule.
• Prepare and deliver clear performance test read‑outs to technical and program leadership.
