Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Dynamics 365 Engineer to coach and review work, guide cross-functional teams, and drive QA for multiple Dynamics 365 projects. You will design and execute automated and manual tests, ensure system reliability, and maintain QA documentation for enterprise-scale implementations.

The role requires deep Dynamics 365 knowledge, leadership experience in QA, and the ability to coordinate across teams in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; university degree preferred.
• Typically requires 6–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives and provide guidance to engineers.
• Oversee QA for multiple Dynamics 365 projects within budget and timelines.
• Ensure reliability and performance of Dynamics 365 through testing.
• Develop and maintain QA documentation and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams for end-to-end testing and on-call support.
