Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Lead QA Engineer to oversee quality assurance. You will design and execute detailed test plans, manage defects, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Deep expertise in Cypress and AWS testing with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project tracking is required. The role requires 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in senior/lead capacity, hands-on Cypress experience, and a US citizen with Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Software Quality Assurance with 5+ years in a Senior/Lead role.
• Hands-on with test automation using Cypress; Selenium or Appium is a plus.
• Experience testing applications in AWS and using Azure DevOps for CI/CD and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Manage defect tracking and drive timely resolution with development teams.
• Lead QA initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure quality across functional, performance, and security testing.
