Qualifications

10+ years of software testing experience with at least 3 years in a Test Lead or Senior QE role.
Hands-on ALIP knowledge including policy administration, new business, billing, and financial modules.
Strong Life Insurance and Annuity domain understanding and regulatory awareness.
Experience leading onshore-offshore testing teams in a delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Develop test scenarios and cases to verify mainframe functionality and performance.
Execute tests using mainframe tools and validate against requirements.
Coordinate onshore and offshore QE resources for aligned delivery.
Facilitate UAT with business users in Life & Annuity contexts.
Continuously optimize testing processes to improve efficiency.
