Qualifications

• 8+ years in development, maintenance and support of mainframe tech.
• Strong COBOL LE, DB2/SQL experience.
• Experience with policy administration systems in Life/Annuity domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple client engagements in Life Insurance and Annuity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective technical solutions.
• Participate in planning, estimation and solution architecture discussions.
• Provide design reviews and architecture recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to lifecycle methodologies and IT controls.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents.
• Provide technical leadership across onshore/offshore teams.
• Drive code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Stay current with industry trends in Life Insurance.
