TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer in Albany, NY to lead the design, development and execution of the entire QA process for web applications, ensuring cross-device responsiveness and UX adherence.

You will build and evolve a reusable automation framework with C#/Selenium WebDriver, drive test strategies, participate in Scrum ceremonies and guide cross‑functional teams while championing WCAG/ADA accessibility using NVDA and Axe tools.

Formación

• 84 months of experience with automation/regression suites using Selenium WebDriver with .NET Core 2.0/Java across multiple browsers and applications.
• 84 months experience with ADA/WCAG compliance testing using NVDA, AXE Dev Tool, ANDI, Accessibility Insights, and Axe Auditor.
• 84 months experience in creating test parallelization, developing test strategy, test plans, build test suites. Architect automation frameworks that are adaptable, modular, scalable, and reusable across multiple applications and platforms including mobile devices (android and IOS devices).
• 84 months experience with quality assurance, usability testing and analysis, using Jira for managing and maintaining test cases, running tests and tracking the defects.
• 84 months experience creating test documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), participating in UAT, coordinating/tracking/analyzing by working directly with business analysts, technical subject matter experts and end users.
• 72 months experience working on a scrum team, actively participating in ceremonies, working directly with developers in an agile environment, ensure transparent communication, and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• 72 months experience using Team Foundation Server, GitLab and SharePoint.
• 72 months experience working with applications and data that contain Protected Health Information (PHI) covered by HIPAA regulations within a health care environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development and execution of the entire QA process, including documentation of test plans, test cases and test scripts for various web applications.
• Architect, implement, maintain and continuously enhance a reusable automation framework using C#/Selenium WebDriver and expand automated regression suites across multiple applications and browsers.
• Analyze, translate the business requirements into precise acceptance criteria, develop user acceptance scenarios with appropriate documentation and demonstration of the features.
• Participate in daily Scrum ceremonies and drive standups, backlog grooming as and when needed. Triage defects and enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform accessibility testing based on WCAG and ADA guideline using accessibility tools and assistive technologies such as NVDA, AXE Dev Tool, ANDI, Accessibility Insights, and Axe Auditor.
