The ideal candidate will design test strategies, plans, and automation for large initiatives, mentor QA teammates, coordinate across product teams, and continuously improve testing processes and tools to ensure delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years relevant experience.
• Experience designing test strategies and automation for large initiatives.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor QA team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the software QA lifecycle within Agile SDLC.
• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks from scratch.
• Coordinate test strategies across multiple teams.
• Develop test plans and cases for accessibility, cross-browser, and functional testing.
• Maintain CI pipelines and test assets; report issues daily.
• Provide troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for failures.
• Mentor QA associates and drive process improvements.
