Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a Lead Python Developer with Agentic AI to direct a seed team responsible for ad-hoc automation and production-grade solutions across US and EU/APAC pods. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, architecture bridging, and scalable deployments within the SP TPgM program.

You will own migration strategies, act as the central engineering authority, and deliver agentic workflows with cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Description

Role Description & Objectives: The Centralized Hands-On Lead directs a seed team providing ad-hoc automation and Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) support to the global Search Platforms Technical Program Management (SP TPgM) team. The Lead unifies program structure migration, agentic solution architecture, and production-grade implementation, providing hands-on technical guidance across both US and EU/APAC pods.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical & Pod Leadership: Lead a multi-region team of engineers across US and EU/APAC timezones, serving as the central hands-on engineering authority.
• Stakeholder Intake & Alignment: Conduct intake sessions with individual SP TPgM teams to evaluate program requirements and establish optimal migration and automation pathways.
• Data Migration & Pipeline Integration: Oversee and execute the migration of project structures into the Buganizer work data model (via manual, scripted, or agentic approaches), ensuring high data quality, completeness, and repeatable data flow into the data lake.
• Bespoke Agentic Solution Development: Function as an embedded builder bridging high-level agentic architecture with production reality—coding, debugging, and shipping custom agentic workflows and automations directly with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deployment & Service Scaling: Operate as the primary deployment, implementation, and support branch for the SP TPgM AIT team, driving tool adoption and scaling automation services across Search programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Google Ecosystem Knowledge: MUST understand the Google code ecosystem and production requirements, with previous experience writing code at Google.
• Agentic Infrastructure: Proven track record in developing agentic infrastructure and end-to-end agentic solutions.
