Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a Lead Python Developer with Agentic AI to direct a seed team responsible for ad-hoc automation and production-grade solutions across US and EU/APAC pods. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, architecture bridging, and scalable deployments within the SP TPgM program.

You will own migration strategies, act as the central engineering authority, and deliver agentic workflows with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Google ecosystem knowledge with production coding experience at Google or similar environments.
• Proven track record in developing agentic infrastructure and end-to-end agentic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-region team of engineers across US and EU/APAC time zones, providing hands-on technical guidance.
• Plan and align program requirements, migrations, and automation pathways across SP TPgM teams.
• Oversee data migration and pipeline integration into data lake with high quality and repeatable workflows.
• Develop bespoke agentic workflows and automations bridging architecture and production reality.
• Drive deployment and scaling of automation services across Search programs.
