Fourways Consulting seeks a Lead Python Developer to drive backend software, OSS telecom systems, and network automation from onsite in Austin, TX. You will own architecture, develop with Python, FastAPI and Flask, design RESTful APIs, and coordinate offshore teams on a 12+ month contract.
The role requires 12+ years in software engineering, strong leadership, and US work authorization. You will partner with telecom architects and recruiters, document runbooks, and ensure production readiness
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
- 12+ years in software development and leadership.
- Strong Python, FastAPI, Flask, REST and microservices.
- Experience with OSS telecom and network provisioning.
- Proven offshore team leadership and CI/CD adoption.
- Onsite in Austin, TX; authorized for US work.
Mansioni
- Own architecture and backend services using Python, FastAPI, Flask.
- Design secure RESTful APIs and microservices for OSS.
- Develop network automation scripts for routing and VLAN provisioning.
- Coordinate offshore engineering teams during agile sprints.
- Collaborate with product managers and telecom architects.
- Maintain documentation and runbooks; enforce best practices.
