Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks a Lead Developer to bridge our Forward Deployed Engineer team and offshore developers. The role combines hands-on coding with technical ownership, ensuring architectural alignment and code quality across time zones.

You will lead by example in backend Python (FastAPI/Flask, async, Pydantic, REST) and drive sprint ceremonies, reviews, and production readiness while mentoring the offshore team.

• Demonstrated technical leadership of a development team.
• Deep backend Python skills with FastAPI/Flask, async, REST API design.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones and communicate architectural decisions clearly.

Mansioni

• Translate FDE decisions into detailed technical specs for offshore team.
• Serve as primary escalation point for offshore blockers.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and maintain asynchronous documentation to bridge time zones.
