Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant PVD experience.
• Experience with AMAT Endura.
• Knowledge of vacuum systems and thin-film deposition.
• Experience with DOE/statistical analysis and yield improvement.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and lab instrumentation.
• Ability to manage projects and address roadblocks.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain PVD systems.
• Own and optimize PVD modules and deposition processes.
• Design and analyse experiments using DOE.
• Maintain POR and process documentation.
• Analyze metrology data to identify trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support vendor coordination and lab safety.
