Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL is seeking an on-site Analyst, Health Operations to support medical equipment and health operations across ships and shoreside locations. The role reports to the Manager, Health Operations and requires a hands-on technician with strong analytical skills.

The candidate will diagnose, test, calibrate, and maintain diverse medical equipment, travel to seaports domestically and internationally, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant

Qualificações

• Associate degree in biomedical engineering or a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to travel to all seaports in the continental United States and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnoses and corrects medical equipment system malfunctions.
• Test the functionality of medical equipment and calibrate as needed.
• Read service manuals, operators’ manuals, data sheets and related technical documentation.
• Maintain documentation of all service events, performance tests, preventive maintenance results, and corrective maintenance.
• Repair, troubleshoot, test, or perform preventive maintenance on medical equipment on-site.
• Repair, install, maintain, and calibrate a wide variety of medical equipment.
• Provide technical assistance and instruction to end users by phone, email, or on-site.
• Perform electrical safety inspections.
