Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Middleborough, MA. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a supportive environment within Enhance Therapies.

As a licensed PTA, you will lead therapy sessions, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to clinical education across our network in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for eval.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your discipline.
• Fill rehab supervisor duties in their absence.
