Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant in Carlisle, PA. This full-time role provides therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include identifying suitable patients, coordinating with the PT, mentoring team members, and maintaining compliant documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline.
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence.
